Shipping policy

We ship to Italy, European Union countries, and the United States.

We prepare every order with great care and aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible. Below you will find all information regarding shipping destinations, delivery times, costs, and procedures.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination country:

  • Italy: €8.00
  • European Union: €14.00
  • United States: €25.00

Free shipping is available for orders equal to or above:

  • €95.00 within Italy
  • €150.00 within the European Union

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) on business days are generally processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Italy: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 5–8 business days
  • United States: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond D'Olivo's control.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through FEDEX.

The carrier is chosen by us according to the destination and logistical requirements. During checkout, a generic description such as “Express Courier” may be displayed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification containing a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery status.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an incomplete or incorrect address is provided, or if delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, any additional storage, re-delivery, or return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Delivery Issues

Upon delivery, we recommend checking the external condition of the package before accepting it.

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, we recommend accepting it with a specific reservation note or refusing delivery altogether.
