Refund policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned:
- in the same condition in which they were received
- unused and unwashed
- with any original tags attached, where applicable
- in their original packaging
You must also provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Request a Return
You can request a return independently within 30 days of delivery by accessing your customer account:
Once logged in, select the order you wish to return and follow the guided return process.
After submitting your request, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Items returned without a return request submitted through the customer portal may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You may choose any shipping carrier. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly at info@dolivo.shop so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- personalized or made-to-order products
- gift cards
Any additional exclusions will be specified on the relevant product page.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order after completing the return process.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
Under applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
D'Olivo voluntarily extends this period to 30 days.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
