These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products through the D'Olivo e-commerce website.
The website is operated by Scipio De Curtis, sole proprietor and owner of the D'Olivo brand. By purchasing products through this website, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed through the website by end consumers.
The language available for concluding the contract is Italian.
Purchases are permitted only to users who are at least 18 years old.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those described and displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor differences between the product and its photographic representation shall not be considered defects or lack of conformity.
Only products available in stock may be purchased. Orders for unavailable items cannot be accepted unless otherwise expressly stated on the website.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euro (EUR).
Unless otherwise specified, prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, which are shown separately during checkout before the order is confirmed.
D'Olivo reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged will always be the one displayed on the website at the time the order is submitted.
5. Payment Methods
Payment may be made using the methods available on the website at the time of purchase.
The website currently accepts payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Additional payment methods made available through Shopify Payments will be displayed during checkout.
Cash on delivery is not available.
6. Conclusion of the Contract
To place an order, customers must select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart, complete the checkout process, provide the required information, and confirm payment.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation email sent to the email address provided during checkout.
D'Olivo reserves the right not to accept incomplete or unusual orders, or orders affected by subsequent product unavailability. In such cases, the customer will be informed promptly and, if payment has already been made, any amount paid will be refunded.
7. Shipping and Delivery
D'Olivo ships to Italy, European Union countries, and the United States.
Orders received before 12:00 PM (CET) are generally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–5 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before the order is finalized.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking link.

8. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products, for reasons not attributable to D'Olivo, passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer and other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the products, in accordance with applicable legislation.
D'Olivo voluntarily extends this period to 30 days from delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send an explicit request to info@dolivo.shop, indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.

To be accepted, returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, unworn, unused, complete with original tags where applicable, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Refunds
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, D'Olivo will notify the customer regarding approval of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Actual refund timing may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.
11. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products sold to consumers through the website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law.
D'Olivo is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within the period established by law.
In the event of a lack of conformity, customers are entitled, where applicable and within legal limits, to have the product repaired or replaced, or to receive an appropriate price reduction or contract termination.
Customers must report any lack of conformity by contacting info@dolivo.shop and providing a description of the issue together with photographic evidence where possible.
This legal guarantee applies exclusively to defects of conformity and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, or external causes not attributable to D'Olivo.
12. Limitation of Liability
D'Olivo shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations when such events are caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, force majeure events, payment service interruptions, or network failures.
This limitation shall not affect any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
13. Purchase Documentation
After the order has been completed, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing a summary of the purchase.
Tax documentation, where required, will be issued in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile if located within Italy.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, for disputes not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Court of Perugia.
